Interesting writing! Epoch Times is fighting a difficult battle against Goliath funding and resources? Their health and auxiliary stuff sucks but Thought Leaders is often compelling if not belated.
Readers of a Libertarian bent might appreciate Bill Still's work - he was a Libertarian candidate for US President and has a great documentary called "The Secret of OZ" on YouTube.
I know - the reason I know all this (especially what I said in my other article based on my open letter) is because 20 years ago I myself have written some articles for the German Epoch Times. Back then they weren't like this, but they changed! And I am not trying to make the Epoch Times look bad, rather I am trying to get their English edition to realize that their German edition has a problem and to not follow them and make the same mistake (cause they are about to). Which is why I am writing all of this here on my substack instead of "whistle blowing" it to the New York Times ;-)
Also what I am trying to say is that the kinda dialectic employed by socialists actually WANTS you to go like "I don't like X" (with X being communism) "so I'm gonna support Y and do whatever Y is doing even if Y is acting completely crazy". I hope you get what I am trying to say :-)

I have written to the US Epoch site to comment on numerous occasions and have often published about organ harvesting, persecution of Tibetans , Uyghurs, Falun Gong etc. on my site and in newspapers. The response from Epoch was adequate in sympathy but lacking in substance. What is truly revelatory is how well propaganda works for the Chinese. I live in Thailand, and here I have been hammered by the Thai-Chinese 50 cent army. Google has succeeded in completely wiping me from the internet, and for the most part, I don't get published here anymore, due primarily to Chinese direct investment in local media. As to Germany and the UK, where is their Trump equivalent and the requisite support? One may only hope?
I don't know about the UK, but Germany doesn't have the kind of Trump supporters you're thinking about at all.
Since Trump gets labeled a Nazi - if by Trump supporters you mean actual Neo Nazis - we sure got those in Germany. But if you mean more moderate Trump supporters - we don't have those at all.
See, that's kinda what I was trying to get at in my other article. One reason the German Epoch Times is going to extremes like that and is supporting actual National Socialists and white supremacists is because they see that the English Epoch Times is supporting Trump and other "extremists", like the "racist" Candace Owens and the "white supremacist" Larry Elder and the "National Socialist" Ben Shapiro.
But because of cultural and language barriers, Germans don't even know the ethnicity of these people and don't understand that these are just labels and so they take those labels at face value and think that supporting Nazis and white supremacists is what they are supposed to do - so they support real ones.
And for the same reason the only Trump supporters we have here in Germany are ACTUAL Neo-Nazis and white supremacists, because after all, only actual Nazis would support an actual Nazi (Germans REALLY think he is an ACTUAL Nazi since that's how he gets portrayed in the mainstream media and because of cultural barriers they have no way to see through it).
So then the Americans don't get that either and think our "Trump supporters" would be like theirs and so they turn around and support them, not realizing that those are actual Nazis and not just moderates who get labeled as such.
Actually, if you go according to what the Hegelians and Marxists have in mind, then ideally there isn't even supposed to be any middle ground. You might have noticed that if you try to be in the middle instead of being on either extreme, then you get the most resistance and backlash.
I noticed myself that of course can be against National Socialists on mainstream social media - but in reality that just means you are allowed (and even encouraged) to label Trump a Nazi. But you actually CAN NOT criticize and expose ACTUAL National Socialists for what they are actually doing and criticize them from a moderate rather than another extremist standpoint. Because either extremists aren't dangerous to either extremists. But moderates exposing either extremists are dangerous to both extremists and so they are the ones that get attacked the most by both extremes.
