Nice work getting this review out; some information that may add to your knowledge base.

“Fion or Fin is an Irish name of the Sun, and the Finicians were the Irish Sun worshipers or the Magian priests of Iesa, the Irish Sun God, who brought their civilization and arts, already developed in Ireland, with them to Egypt.”

“The so-called "Hebrew" Bible did not 'come from any people distinctly known in history as the "Hebrews," for there never was such a people. The name "Hebrew" is derived from Heber (from Ea, fire), an Irish name of the sun”

- Connor McDari, Irish Wisdom

Other than that, I am glad you’re able to point out the surface level of this film is far from a communist propaganda film.

Thanks for the explanation, that makes a lot of sense! As you probably noticed I am somewhat familiar with Paganism in general, but not Irish Paganism in particular. The sun symbolism makes a lot of sense. And there is actually more to it. I can highly recommend David Talbott's documentary about Saturn as the ancient sun, if you haven't seen it already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7EAlTcZFwY
